Account Setup

There are two ways to get started as a Polyguard administrator:

  • Self-serve signup — Create an account at console.polyguard.ai and become the owner of a new organization automatically.
  • Invited by another admin — Accept an invitation email or QR code to join an existing organization.

Both paths end in the same place: the Polyguard Console, ready for you to install integrations and configure your organization.

Step 1: Download Polyguard Mobile

You will need the Polyguard Mobile app to verify your identity during account setup.

Download Polyguard Mobile from the App Store.

Download Polyguard Mobile from the Google Play Store.

Tip

If you already have Polyguard Mobile installed (for example, because you joined a secure meeting as a participant), you can skip this step.

For a detailed walkthrough of installing and setting up the app, see Downloading the App.

Step 2: Create or Join Your Organization

Path A: Self-Serve Signup

  1. Visit console.polyguard.ai and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your work email address and follow the prompts.
  3. Complete identity verification using Polyguard Mobile — you will scan your government-issued ID and complete a real-time facial recognition check.
  4. Once verified, you are automatically the owner of a new organization and land on the Console onboarding page.

Path B: Accept an Admin Invitation

  1. Open the invitation email from Polyguard and click the link (or scan the QR code with Polyguard Mobile).
  2. Follow the prompts to create your account.
  3. Complete identity verification using Polyguard Mobile.
  4. Once verified, you join the existing organization as an administrator and land on the Console.

Step 3: First Login to the Console

After identity verification, you arrive at the Polyguard Console — the web dashboard where you manage your organization.

If this is a new organization, the Console opens to the onboarding page, which guides you through connecting your meeting platforms. This is the next step: Install Integrations.

Note

The onboarding page shows integration setup first because your team needs these integrations in place before they can start using Polyguard for meetings.
