Organization Settings¶
After installing your integrations, configure your organization's profile in the Polyguard Console. These details appear on compliance reports and in communications sent to meeting participants.
Set Your Legal Name¶
- In the Polyguard Console, navigate to Settings > Organization.
- Enter your organization's legal name (for example, "Acme Corporation").
- Click Save.
Note
The legal name appears on Transaction Affidavits and compliance reports generated by Polyguard. Use the full registered business name.
Set Your Address¶
- On the same Settings > Organization page, enter your business address.
- Click Save.
Upload Your Logo¶
Adding your organization's logo helps participants recognize your organization in meeting invitations and the Polyguard Mobile app.
- On the Settings > Organization page, click Upload Logo.
- Select an image file:
- Format: PNG or SVG
- Size: At least 200 × 200 pixels
- Recommended: Square aspect ratio with a transparent background
- Click Save.
Tip
If your logo has a colored background, it will look best on both light and dark themes if you use a version with a transparent background.
