Polyguard PreScreen adds a Trust Check — a real-time identity verification — to your application process, so your team only ever reviews applications from verified, authentic candidates. The candidate completes the Trust Check on their phone using the Polyguard Mobile app (real-time facial recognition and device identity), and a verified identity is attached directly to their application in your applicant tracking system.

There is no extra work for recruiters: verification happens before the application reaches them, and the result appears right on the candidate record.

Two Ways to Deploy It

PreScreen offers two deployment modes that you can use on their own or combine for full coverage. You choose the one that matches how candidates reach you. Both modes work with Greenhouse, Rippling, and Workday.

  1. Hosted Apply — Candidates apply on a Customer-branded careers page hosted by Polyguard and complete a Trust Check before submitting. Only verified applications are sent to your ATS, with identity claims attached.
  2. Inbound Backstop — For applications that arrive directly in your ATS (from LinkedIn or other third-party sites), Polyguard emails the candidate a Trust Check immediately after they submit. When they complete it, the application automatically advances past your Identity Verification stage.
