Secure Meetings

Polyguard adds identity verification to your video meetings on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Before anyone joins, they verify their identity using a government-issued photo ID and real-time facial recognition. During the meeting, every participant can see at a glance who has been verified — providing bilateral trust so both sides of the conversation know the other person is real.

Whether you are an organizer scheduling interviews or a participant joining a secure meeting, Polyguard protects you from deepfakes, impersonation, and identity fraud.

You can schedule Polyguard-protected meetings from Outlook, Teams, or Zoom.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • A smartphone — iPhone (iOS 16 or later) or Android (version 10 or later)
  • A government-issued photo ID — passport (recommended), driver's license, or national ID card
  • Access to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Outlook — desktop app or web client

Organizers will also need:

  • An invitation link from your Polyguard administrator (check your email, text messages, or internal website)

Don't have an invite yet?

If you are an organizer, ask your Polyguard administrator or IT team to send you an invitation. You cannot create an account without one. If you are a participant, you will receive a secure meeting link from the meeting organizer.
