Getting Started with Polyguard
Welcome to Polyguard — communication security and identity verification for your hiring process. Polyguard helps Talent Acquisition teams confirm that the person on a video interview is exactly who they claim to be, protecting your organization from deepfakes, impersonation, and identity fraud.
What Polyguard Does
When you conduct interviews over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, Polyguard adds a layer of identity verification to every meeting. Before a candidate joins, they verify their identity using a government-issued photo ID and real-time facial recognition. During the meeting, you can see at a glance which participants have been verified — so you can focus on the conversation, not on whether it's real.
You can schedule Polyguard-protected meetings from Outlook, Teams, or Zoom.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
An invitation link from your Polyguard administrator (check your email, text messages, or internal website)
A smartphone — iPhone (iOS 16 or later) or Android (version 10 or later)
A government-issued photo ID — passport (recommended), driver's license, or national ID card
Access to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Outlook — desktop app or web client
Don't have an invite yet?
Ask your Polyguard administrator or IT team to send you an invitation. You cannot create an account without one.
